Lexington Farmers Market

This past Saturday we visited the Lexington Farmers Market. The weather was beautiful which added immeasurably to the ambiance of the open air bazaar. Notice the basket on the front of the Segway. It soon became full of fresh produce which we consumed that evening at our family meal.

I was reminded that this was the first place we brought the Segway out in public 2 years ago. To me it seems humorous to think about how nervous I was then as I maneuvered the machine through the crowded sidewalks of the market, when now it has become such a part of me that my movement on it has become an unconscious action much like walking was when I was 'normally mobile'.
