Scott County AP Calculus Class '07

My oldest daughter, Melody Stacy, taught AP Calculus at Scott County High School this past year. She 'rewards' the class at the end of the school year with a guest appearance by me with the Segways. It's fun for me too, being able to share in the students interest and enthusiasm in riding the machine.

This year I was able to bring both of my Segways for them to ride. One group quickly came up with the idea to race them. As you can see, the newer I180 (yellow one) is a little faster.

Another note - the grey I167 has the Segseat installed, which collapses out of the way and allows the rider to stand on the platform without any interference.
